Development
Our resort planning services include all the strategic, technical and conceptual elements of resort development. From land use and permits to infrastructure design, our engineers and land developers create destinations that work. Our expertise also includes conceptual masterplanning, leisure and residential product design, financing, and fundraising.
Construction
Arum plans and manages the building process, from supervision of architectural and construction teams to budget planning and financial control. We create calendars for product delivery and ensure that they stay on track.
Implementation
We accompany our clients as they launch their businesses, developing resort sales and management, marketing, and HR plans, and executing them if required. We manage community services, rental and loyalty programmes, and communications. As needed, Arum can also develop complex restructuring plans.
