Bongolf Resort

The project involves the comprehensive rehabilitation of a resort with over three decades of history, combining golf, luxury, sustainability, and well-being on the Costa Dorada, with the aim of consolidating it as one of the reference golf destinations in Europe.

The rebirth of an exceptional resort

This legacy is reactivated thanks to the alliance between Grupo Costa and ARUM Group, who join forces for the comprehensive rehabilitation of the complex, with the declared ambition of positioning Bongolf among the 10 best golf courses in Spain.

The project includes the complete renovation of the golf course, originally designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., preserving its original layout and incorporating the most advanced landscaping and environmental techniques according to top-level European golf standards. The complex will also feature a five-star grand luxury hotel with its 136 completely renovated rooms, plus 24 branded residences designed for medium- and long-term stays with hotel services, and a residential design development conceived to integrate with the surroundings.

The rehabilitation also incorporates sustainability criteria: a regenerated water irrigation system from a treatment plant and a photovoltaic power plant, with the aspiration of obtaining BREEAM certification for the hotel, combining environmental responsibility and future vision.

We have the financial muscle and the knowledge to position Bongolf as a preferred destination” for golf lovers around the world — declared Jordi Robinat, president of Arum Group, who added that the project will contribute to giving Mont-roig del Camp greater international exposure.
