Resort asset management for one of Europe’s most popular golf and leisure destinations

Arum manages the entire resort, and this comprises asset management for a number of unique leisure components, among them the two branded hotels and the resort’s many restaurants. Arum is also responsible for managing the three golf courses and has secured a contract with David Leadbetter for the direction of the Golf Academy. Finally, Arum manages the professional football, tennis and fitness club facilities as well as the spa and the Kids’ Club.

For new developments and redevelopments, Arum manages master and urban planning and supervises construction, as well as controlling management and oversight of the sales and marketing teams for each new real estate product.

On the real estate side, Arum also manages all those components of the resort, analyzing each existing asset for its unique features and value propositions and ensuring that it performs in line with its value.
